Katrine Relander
Psychologist & Executive Coach
Since becoming a psychologist at the University of Oslo in 2009, I have worked in outpatient settings, on inpatient units, and in private practice, gaining extensive experience in treating a wide range of psychological issues. I specialize in the treatment of various anxiety disorders, trauma, personal emotional conflicts, and relational difficulties. Additionally, I work extensively with burnout, stress, and challenges in relationships. As an Executive Coach, I also have unique expertise in addressing work-related conflicts and challenges.
The treatment methods I employ are integrative, meaning a composite use of the most recognized therapeutic approaches for each issue. As the overarching framework, I primarily use an evolutionary psychological perspective. Additionally, I stay continuously updated on psychological research and development, using relevant knowledge to optimize each treatment process. Every person and case is unique, so I am highly committed to tailoring the treatment process to facilitate optimal improvement and growth for each client. This way, you can receive assistance in achieving your treatment goals while experiencing an overall increase in quality of life, competence, and life mastery. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss treatment options.
